A leading name in the casino game studio world has received a big financial boost following some investment.
Jelly Entertainment, which was described by its new investor EveryMatrix as “up-and-coming”, will receive the investment.
Jelly, which is based in the UK and has a big presence across the industry, will become part of EveryMatrix’s SlotMatrix system.
This is an aggregation system that allows its games to be sent out to a wide variety of operators across the globe.
The move is the second time that EveryMatrix has made a foray into investing in game studios.
The previous time was when the company tied up with LL Lucky Games AB, which is a Swedish firm.
That arrangement happened in May 2021.
Comments from EveryMatrix’s CEO
Ebbe Groes, who is the chief executive officer of EveryMatrix, said that deciding to invest in other organizations in the sector was a key decision for the company and one that reflected its strategic priorities.
“Investing in the gaming vertical is a strategic direction for EveryMatrix and I’m pleased to welcome Jelly to our SlotMatrix RGS partners program,” he said.
He added that the company was already active with several titles – and that the firm had been “impressed” in terms of the strength of the games, especially on the creative front.
“They already are live with several titles, and we’ve been impressed by the quality and creativity of their work,” he said.
He finished by saying that the company envisaged that it would be allied with Jelly for a long time to come.
“I see a long partnership ahead and this is why we picked them to continue our series of financial investments in the space,” he concluded in remarks made to the press.
