Raw iGaming Acquires Leander Games

Raw iGaming, an innovative game developer, has completed the acquisition of Leander Games, an Argentinian slots developer.

This is Raw iGaming’s first-ever acquisition. For a company that was launched in 2021, this is an amazing opportunity for a provider that is already a credit to the industry for its SuperSlice® engine.

According to Tom Wood, CEO of Raw iGaming, “This is an amazing opportunity to bring together our SuperSlice innovation with one of the best distribution platforms in the industry, along with access to the studio that is known for great titles like Ave Caesar and Alibaba and the Forty Thieves.”

He described the instant cultural connection with Leander management and stated that Raw was now a new force to be reckoned with in content and game distribution thanks to Leander’s deep skillset in platform and distribution, as well as the clear synergies both companies bring to in-game development.

With this new acquisition, the company is set to deliver exciting and differentiated content and features to Leander’s extensive customer base in South America and Europe.

Steven Matsell, Leander Games CEO, also expressed his excitement at becoming part of the Raw family and is looking forward to merging Raw’s innovative vision with Leander’s market-leading platform as well as integrating the two-game teams to deliver even more ground-breaking content.

Leander Games was launched in early 2008 in Argentina and is now certified and live in 13 regulated markets, which is a big draw for Raw iGaming.

This acquisition of Leander Games makes Raw iGaming an upcoming player that is set to disrupt the online gaming sector. With its motto “Stand out or stand down,” Raw has always been a company of interest among the top iGaming content developers.
